1. After completing the form on the website/placing the phone order, you will receive a confirmation email/phone from us. After confirming the exact dates/times, the parking space will be reserved for you. Please allow the extra 15 minutes needed for parking/airport transportation with our minibus at the time of booking.

2. Easy Parking ensures security and video monitoring of the vehicle throughout the parking lot, as well as its integrity. However, it is not responsible for external natural factors: hail, earthquakes, floods, which cannot be avoided.

3. When parking the car, the parking price is paid in full. The customer undertakes that, in the event that, for various reasons, he does not pick up the car at the set date and time, he must pay the number of additional days, not initially paid.

4. The price calculation varies depending on several factors, including, but not limited to, the date of the reservation, the parking time of the vehicle, the date of delivery/pickup of the vehicle.

5. Easy Parking advises customers to ensure that they arrive at the parking lot in sufficient time before their planned journey.

6. If, in the premises of Easy Parking, you damage another car, through your fault, you have the legal obligation to notify the Easy Parking representative, to present the documents and insurance of the car, and to provide the necessary documentation in order to compensate the owner damaged cars. Otherwise, Easy Parking will provide the police with all your data, and the situation will be resolved legally

However, it is not responsible for external natural factors: hail, earthquakes, floods, which cannot be avoided, as well as damage caused to vehicles by other customers, such as hits generated by the doors of other vehicles, stones thrown into the windshield or other damages caused strictly due to the fault of other customers.

7. If you want to cancel a reservation and refund the money paid online, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival at the parking lot. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to refund the amount paid online.

7.1. If you want to cancel the reservation after you joined the parking, we cannot refound any ammount.

8. The service is delivered upon arrival at the parking lot and during your trip as long as the car is in our parking lot.

DELAYS

If leaving the parking lot is done later than 4 hours from the time selected when registering the reservation, the following will apply.

a. 20 RON for the current day if the deadline is exceeded by at least 4 hours.

b. 20 RON for each calendar day until the car is picked up from the parking lot.
